So.. onto this week's post. This week I've finally decided to put pen to paper (or rather fingers to keyboard..haha) and tell you about my fitness journey.
One of my new years resolutions for this year is to raise some money for charities that I have had a personal relationship with. And one of those charities is MIND. This is the year of me trying new things and pushing myself out of my comfort zone; and what better way to start than by doing something I've never done before! Cycling!
